Configuring: Time Merge
Select which two datasets you would like to merge. Select the fields from each that will go into the new dataset and which timestamp fields from each you would like to merge. Start by highlighting the two datasets to merge, using the control key.
Steps to configure

Timestamp selection: Select the timestamp from each dataset to be merged.

First field selection: Select the fields from the first dataset to be included in the merged dataset.

Second field selection: Select the fields from the second dataset to be included in the merged dataset.

Execute: A new dataset is created, containing the merged timestamp field and the selected fields from each dataset.
Step 1: Timestamp selection
Select the timestamp field to be used from each of the selected datasets.

The first timestamp field from each dataset will be selected.

Minimum configuration: Select a timestamp to be used from each dataset and choose a timestamp behaviour option.
Step 2: First field selection
Select the fields from the first dataset to be included in the merged dataset.

Default settings: No fields are selected.

Minimum configuration: At least one field should be selected.
Step 3: Second field selection
Select the fields from the second dataset to be included in the merged dataset.

Field names that also appear in the first dataset will be incremented with an _1.

Minimum configuration: At least one field should be selected.
Step 4: Execute
A new dataset will be created, containing only one timestamp field. All the selected fields from the combined datasets will be displayed.
